Some doctors have been using a process similar to acupuncture which have been giving great results. Golfers who had the chipping yips on about 70% of their shots were tested. Usually after treatment, this rate will decrease dramatically. A lot of the golfers concerned had reported not feeling any type of jerking or freezing sensations in their arms or hands.

What this can mean for you as a golfer is that if you are suffering from the chipping yips. Have you become so stressed out over your chipping yips, that it is ruining your game? Worrying too much over the yips has been proven to make things worse, not better.

Several beginner golfers might not have tried practicing outside the real course. Some others devote their time on the driving range hitting the long drives.
